			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: left;">Axio  Power Canada Inc. is proposing to construct a  10-Megawatt (MW)  groundmount solar PV (photovoltaic) project near  Norfolk, Ontario.  The  project is being developed under Ontario’s  Feed-in-Tariff (FIT) program.
